🌸 Shaped by Nicola LLC Policies 📌 Deposits & Payments • All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due on the day of service. 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for all canceled appointments. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) will forfeit the deposit. 📌 Eligibility for Micro-Shading / Ombre Brows For your safety, you may not be a candidate for this procedure if you are: • Pregnant or breastfeeding • Taking blood-thinning medications • Using Retinol, Accutane, or other strong skin medications/treatments • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation • Prone to keloid scarring or poor wound healing • Have uncontrolled diabetes or certain skin conditions near the brow area • Have received Botox or fillers in the brow/forehead area within the last 4 weeks 📌 Basic Aftercare • Keep brows clean and dry for the first 24 hours. • Do not touch, scratch, or apply makeup on brows for 7–14 days. • Avoid sweating, swimming, saunas, and direct sun exposure during healing. • A touch-up session 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment is highly recommended.
